Unable to log in to FQDN of DFM console

Hi,

Successfully installed the Unified Manager on RHEL 6.4 and have not been unable to resolve this weird issue.

Logging into just the hostname from my PC works:

http://foo-bar:8080/

But using the full name

http://foo-bar.my.domain.com:8080/

Fails with an Internal Server Error:

com.netapp.nwf.client.userinterface.error.DefaultErrorDetails

Things I've tried so far.

  • Set localHostName option
    • dfm option set localHostName=foo-bar.my.domain.com
  • Modify ServerName in
    • /opt/NTAPdfm/conf/httpd.conf.tmpl
    • Tried hostname, fqdn, localhost, and IPs without success
  • Tried all supported web browsers

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.
