I've only started using the learning center for a few days now, and 5 times using it meant 3 times down..
Now it crashed when i finished the FAS3100 hardware maintenance module...still marked it as not completed while i finished it. It's getting depressing to use it.
Who can i contact to fix it (so i don't have to run through all the slides again..)
I use it a lot and can say this is not usually the case.
But anytime you have problems there is a whole team dedicated to helping you out with this stuff.

The responses are usually pretty quick and helpful.
Also, just as a tip, try and use IE if you can. I know it's probably not your first choice, but I have the best luck with IE when i'm on NetApp University.
We had some issues possibly with our network on the dates mentioned above (between Nov 27 to Nov 30) at times impacting access to learningcenter.com. Our technical teams are investigating it. The learningcenter is up and available.
