I gave a talk (video here) at the Princeton University Engineering School about my transformation from engineer to executive. The talk was about an hour, including questions and answers, and covered four main areas:
(1) What NetApp does.
(2) How to think about markets and customers.
(3) The importance of culture and company values.
(4) My lessons on being a manager.
The talk was intended to help engineering students understand one of the career paths available to them, but others might also be interested as well.
