See NetApp's Regina Kunkle speak on VMware's 5th Annual Women of Purpose Panel
Regina Kunkle is responsible for leading NetApp channel strategy, sales and practice development for the Americas, focused on driving growth across the company’s channel partner ecosystem. NetApp’s channel business represents more than 75% of overall sales, and is a key part of the company’s growth strategy for the future. Regina has been recognized by CRN as one of the top Women of the Channel 2013 for her work in fostering partnerships for NetApp, as well as the broader industry.
Regina joined NetApp in 2004, serving most recently as Vice President of State, Local and Education Segments. In this role she led a team that more than doubled revenue and averaged 30% year over year growth.
One of Regina’s main passions is working with other women in industry to encourage young girls interested in math and science. Regina has championed several Women in Technology events on college campuses where students have the opportunity to hear women IT professionals speak enthusiastically, candidly and personally about the wide range of careers in IT and related fields.
Prior to NetApp, Regina was with Sun Microsystems serving in a range of roles focused on the government, commercial and entertainment industries.
Regina holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park, an MBA in Management from Loyola College, and a Law Degree (JD) from George Washington University.
