The institute also produces FORTUNE's 100 Best Companies to Work For® list in the United States, where NetApp ranked number 14 in 2008.
The Great Place to Work survey is conducted in more then 40 countries in a diverse set of national and international organizations. Companies that appear on the list are selected primarily on the basis of their employees' responses to the Great Place to Work Trust Index©, a proprietary employee survey developed by the Great Place to Work Institute.
