E-mail Subject line

Hi,

Subject field in the e-mails from NTN is not in proper order.

I'd expect the community name to be in the 1st & then the discussion topic name.

Also please suggest a way to set my Outlook Rules, for NTN mails, when the subject field keeps changing.

On Friday, November 6, NetApp community was awarded Commendations of Excellence at the Society for New Communications Research (SNCR) Awards Gala in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Missing CSS and multiple logins

As a I use a Mac I tend to use a mix of non-IE browsers -- Safari, Camino and FireFox. I've noticed some quirks and is curious if anyone else is seeing them....

Multiple Logins -- often when I go to NOW, I'll get an Oracle error message. Refreshing the page will kick me to a NOW login page. I login there and get sent to login.netapp.com to login again...and then I finally get into NOW. Not the end of world but rather annoying to do at least once a day.
Login Timeouts -- it seems when using various services that I hit the login.netapp.com login page frequently (multiple times a day). I understand SSO principles in general (having architected some of that in a previous life) and it seems odd that I'm having to sign in so often (especially to an SSO domain).
Missing CSS - going here for instance (http://now.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&Display=338616) in any of the browsers I mentioned results in a page missing all CSS -- is this happening to anyone else?

Like I said, none of these are show-stoppers (and I'm certainly not jumping up and down about them) but as someone who spends a good bit of time on NetApp web properties, they are fairly annoying.

communities hierarchy in mails

Login/View Problem after email notification

Here's the scenario, can you tell me how to resolve the error I get?:

1. Receive email notification that a Discussion has been added to Communities.

2. Click on URL embedded in the email.

3.. View Discussion thread that is opened in a new IE (6 SP2) window. I am not currently shown as being logged in.

4. Click login button and enter credentials

5. Once logged in, I get an "An unexpected error has occurred" (see attached)

6. I cannot refresh or go back. I have to cut/paste the URL from the email again to get back to the Discussion
